2° STEP
Payment Method:
Go to the "Payment Plans" below and select the payment that corresponds to the final value of the chosen property, select it, and make the payment by registering your card debit/credit. The first installment will leave the card immediately and the rest will be programmed without using your current limit.
3° STEP
Full Payment Or Plan:
a) Cash Deal: Make a full payment on the land's page. We will identify, and send the agreement to you; or

b) Payment in Installments:
Choose your "Monthly Payment", register your card, and complete your first payment.
ACCESS YOUR PAYMENT PLAN:
Choose the plan according to the chosen property. Each property has a final value, this final value must correspond to the plan chosen below (Example: If you choose a property whose final value is $3,960 then you should choose the "GOOD - 40 months" plan below, as it will be the corresponding value of $3,960 at the end of the 40 payments of $99). Then, register your credit/debit card, and make recurring monthly payments, which will already be programmed on your card as a monthly recurrence as an auto payment, which doesn't consume your card's limit in advance.
